THE PROCESS

We will come to your location to gather information (number of vents, location of furnace, ect). This is done at no extra cost.
Then we will provide you with an estimate, date and time.
When we arrive we will set up all of or equipment, and conduct a visual Multi-point check test and pre-test of the furnace.
Access panels are created or opened to improve the cleaning process and sealed afterwards.
Our trailer mounted high capacity vacuum or Hypervac portable unit is connected to your duct system.
Duct mask is used to seal the vents to ensure negative pressure is established and maintained during the cleaning process.
Furnace, AC coils are protected to prevent objects and debris from falling inside the furnace or on top of the coil.
Blower is cleaned.
The HVAC system is divided into designated "zones" for cleaning, with the supply and return air addressed separately.
We use 150-200 PSI to ensure its cleaned.
The system is tested for ignition and fan operation.
The outside of your furnace is cleaned and wiped down.
If dryer vents are cleaned we will do our best to contain it and clean up all the debris.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE FURNACE AND DUCT CLEANING

Animals should be in a secured and safe area prior to our arrival. Doors and windows will be open during the cleaning and we wouldn't want your pets to escape. It can be very stressful on your pets, and we will do our best to be considerate.
Please move all your breakables away from the vents and cold air returns ( tables, lamps, pictures and breakables) ect. Items such as couches, tables, cabinets, shelves and televisions should be moved prior to our arrival if needed.
Please make sure there is a clear path to the furnace and it is accessible 3-4' all around if possible. Stairways should be clear of all items.
All room should be accessible to the crew for the duration of the cleaning. Please make sure everyone is prepared for our arrival.
